Billy was born the son of William and Bertha (Jenks) Dugdale on June 9, 1950 in the Bertha Hester Nursing Home at Pisgah, Iowa. At the age of 10 he became a ward of the state. When he was 14 he went to the foster home of Robert and Irene Fouts of Marble Rock, Iowa.He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Fred and EvaLena Jenks and George and Frieda Dugdale; his parents, William and Bertha Dugdale; and his uncle, Lewis Jenks.
Billy is survived by his two daughters, Kim (Paul) Pfeffer of Hampton, Iowa, and Mindy (Sean) Fisher of Waterloo, IA; four grandchildren, Dylan, Kaitlyn and Logan Pfeffer of Hampton, IA and Liam Fisher of Waterloo, IA; a sister, Mary Elizabeth (Othal) Hodges of Galva, IA; nieces, Mischelle (Cliff) Downing of Kellogg, IA, Teresa (Mark) Hunt of Holstein, IA, Lenore (Boyd) Meyer of Holstein, IA and nephew, Timothy Hodges of Cherokee.
Funeral:
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, June 17, 2014 at 2:00 PM at the Little Sioux Cemetery of Little Sioux with the Rev. Kristin D. Boysen officiating.
Burial:
Burial will be at the Little Sioux Cemetery of Little Sioux.
