Fauneil Ruth (Rounds) Cooper

Fauneil R. (Rounds) Cooper, age 68, passed away on October 26, 2024 surrounded by love at her home in St.Charles, Illinois. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 2, 2024 at 2:15 P.M. at the Nicklas D. Jensen Funeral Home of Moville with Pastor Janell Norton officiating. Visitation will be held fifteen minutes prior starting at 2:00 P.M. Burial will be held on Sunday, November 3, 2024 at 10:00 A.M. at the Arlington Cemetery of Moville.

Faun was born to parents Ray and Angie (Guthridge) Rounds in Moville, IA. Faun loved to travel and enjoyed a very successful career in information management for international logistics and freight forwarding. Throughout her life she never forgot her roots, had a wonderful sense of humor and a smile for everyone. She was proud to have come from Moville
and loved her family and friends dearly.

A very deeply loved wife, sister, sister-in-law, aunt and friend of so many; she is survived by her husband Lindsay, brother Bob (Kelli Erickson), sister, Madelon (Bob Pierson), brother-in-law Roy Shackelford, brother-in-law, John O’ Mara, brother and sister-in-law Jon and Nicky Cooper, lots of wonderful nieces and nephews and two adorable cats – Sooty & Sweep.

She is preceded in death by her parents Ray and Angie Rounds, father and mother-in-law George and Hilda Cooper, sister Rita Shackelford, brother David and sister-in-law Georgia Rounds, and sister Anne O’ Mara.
