Milan Wayne Krambeck, 75, of Gallipolis, Ohio, passed away on Friday, October 8, 2021 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House in Huntington, West Virginia. A private family graveside at the Holstein Cemetery will be held on Saturday, November 6, 2021.
Milan was born on October 23, 1945 in Germantown, Iowa. He graduated from Holstein High School in 1963.
Milan entered the U.S. Navy in 1964, later transferring to the United States Coast Guard and retiring from the service in 1991 with the rank of Chief Warrant Officer 4. He then worked as a security guard at Holzer Medical Center. He was a member of the Grace United Methodist Church in Gallipolis.
Surviving Milan is his mother Mildred Krambeck of Galva, Iowa; his wife, Joan P. Krambeck of Gallipolis, stepsons, Donald E. (Divina) Sutton of Gallipolis, Billy (Mary) Sutton of Gainesville, Florida, and Bob (Cindy) Sutton of Michigan; and sisters, Linda Peterson, Ellen (Jerry) Peterman, and Suzan Graham.
He was preceded in death by his father Eldon P., two brothers, Elden and James Krambeck and a stepson, Danny Sutton.
