Sandra B. Lister, age 56, of Moville, passed away on Monday, August 14, 2017 at her home of Moville. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 19, 2017 at 2:00 PM at the Sioux City Baptist Church of Sioux City. Burial will be at a later date at the Arlington Cemetery of Moville. A time of fellowship and refreshments will be held at the church immediately following the service.
Sandra Beth Lister was born on September 6, 1960 to Mary Sue (Williamson) and Dave Reese in Selma, Alabama.
She was united in marriage to Ronald Dennis Lister in Millbrook, AL on February 13, 1981. To this union four children were born, Hannah, Aaron, Isaac and Nathan.
The family lived in Indiana, Texas, Washington, Tennessee, and Alabama until coming to Moville three years ago. Sandra worked as a special education teacher’s assistant and as a legal secretary.
Sandra attended the Sioux City Baptist Church. Her hobbies included cooking, crafting and playing the piano.
Sandra is survived by her husband, Ron of Moville, IA; daughter, Hannah Linden of Climbing Hill, IA; sons, Aaron (Megan) Lister of Leeds, IA, Isaac Lister of TN and Nathan Lister of Moville, IA; her parents, Dave and Sue Reese of KY; grandchildren, Lincoln, Katie, Brighton, Griffon, Ave, Ronan and Ethan; and siblings, Cyndi, Stephen, David, Micah and Catherine.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents.
