Steven D Miller was born on August 6, 1955 in Schaller, Iowa, to Mary Jane (Worthan) Miller and Ray Miller. He graduated from Eastwood High School in 1975. After high school, he went to VocRehab in Denison and then later graduated from Faribault Technical College of Faribault, MN in 1980. Steven married Karlene (Boothby) on May 21, 2011. Steven was a father to two sons, Jacob (5/81) and Aaron (7/87). He enjoyed fishing, movies, visiting with his children and grandchildren, going for drives, the Minnesota Twins, Kansas City Chiefs and the Iowa Hawkeyes. He is preceded in death by his parents; his grandparents, Harvey and Blanche Miller and Sam Worthan. Steven is survived by his wife, Karlene of Correctionville, Iowa; sons, Jacob Miller and wife Jade of Mason City, IA and Aaron Miller and special friend Nichole Marshall of Mason City, IA; step-children, Kevin Boothby and fiancée Ashlee Averill of Spencer, Iowa, Katelynn and husband Tyler Blasdel of Cambridge, England, Kelli and husband Zachary Bremer of Barksdale AFB, LA; grandchildren, Raelle, and Carson Miller; siblings, Patricia Miller of Correctionville, Robert Miller and wife Candy of Correctionville, Charles and wife Kristy of Moville, Deborah and husband Ron Bauder of South Sioux City, NE; an aunt, Lorraine Roorda of Rock Valley, IA; and mother-in-law, Frances Dawson.
