Sue Mary (Edwards) Stamp

Funeral services for Sue M. Stamp, age 56, of Holstein, will be held at a later date. Sue passed away on Wednesday, March 25, 2020 at her home of Holstein.

Sue Mary Stamp was born September 27, 1963 in Fort Dodge, Iowa to Melvin Wayne and Edna Faye (Johnson) Edwards.  She was raised in Fort Dodge and graduated from Fort Dodge Senior High School.

Sue was united in marriage to Dell Conrad on May 13, 1983.  To this union two children were born, Amy and Andrew.  The couple divorced.  She was later united in marriage to Kurt Stamp on July 22, 2006 and made their home in rural Holstein, Iowa.

Sue was a homemaker who always put her family first.  She adored her granddaughter Holly.  Sue enjoyed sewing, doing crafts, scrapbooking and having rendezvous with family and friends.

She is survived by her husband Kurt; children, Amy (Billy) Rutherford of Cherokee, IA and Andrew Conrad (Maxine Kozora and children Jess, Kaylee and Auric) of Holstein, IA; granddaughter, Holly Rutherford of Cherokee, IA; sister, Linda Pencil of Denver, IA; nieces and nephews, Cory (Katie) Bockoven of Cedar Rapids, IA, Cary (Dallas) Hampton of Calhoun, GA, Candi (Kyle) Hughs of Stuttgart, AR, Toby (Barb) Pencil of Denver, IA, Todd (Cindy) Pencil of Tripoli, IA and many other extended family and friends.

Sue was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Lois Ruby; infant brother, Dean Edwards and brother-in-law, Jim Pencil.
